Rates:

All units and rentals are subject to additional delivery fee. Free set up and take down for inflatables units only (Please Note: additional mileage charges may apply if your location is outside the immediate delivery area). 

Rain Policy: In the event of rain, Rabbit Jumps and Party Rentals LLC' policy is that we allow cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the event date. (Deposits are held for one year and can be used on future rentals or reschedules). The units are only usable in light rain. If the rain becomes heavy, have the kids exit the unit and go inside and wait for the rain to quit. The units will accumulate water (it will bubble at the seams, this is normal) so have an adult go inside the unit with a towel and dry out the unit. Then it will be ready to be used again. 

 
Q.CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A.We allow cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the event date at no charge. Any cancellations within the 48-hour prior will forfeit deposit. This fee, if not already, is charged to the card on file. Additionally, should you need to cancel for any reason including weather within that 48-hour window we can reschedule your rentals for a future date. Deposit will be good for up to 1 year for rescheduling/future bookings.
Q.ARE YOUR JUMPERS SAFE? CLEAN?
A.Yes, Yes, Yes. Rabbit Jumps and Party Rentals is dedicated to providing a safe and clean jumping experience. We clean our jumps after every use and all our jumps have safety steps on the front.
Q.HOW DO I KNOW YOU'LL SHOW UP?
A.Rabbit Jumps and Party rentals is a reputable company. We have provided party services for many satisfied clients since 2012. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are dedicated to making your party or event happy and trouble free! If you feel more comfortable, we can provide references from our other customers. We offer delivery time slots starting at 9AM and latest same day pick up ending at 6:00PM. When selecting a delivery time please allow for a 2 Hour Delivery Window. (Please Note: Park Orders only have a 30 Minute Delivery Window).
Q.HOW MANY CHILDREN CAN YOU THE JUMP HOUSE SAFELY?
A. Most of our jumps accommodate anywhere from 6 to 15 children under twelve years of age. The older and larger the occupants are, the greater the risk of overcrowding and injury. We recommend no more than 4 to 6 teenagers and less than 5 adults per unit. These numbers vary from model to model, if you have any questions about specific models please feel free to contact us directly: contact@rabbitjumps.com. PLEASE supervise your guests, particularly young children, to insure their safety and good time. No food items, no shoes and no sharp or pointed items should be allowed in any unit. Use common sense; do not deflate the unit while children are still inside jumping. In case of any malfunction, exit the unit immediately and call us for advice or technical assistance.
Q.HOW DO I PAY?
A.We take credit cards, cash or personal and companies checks. Normally we take a small deposit when you book by credit card (this deposit is deducted against the total cost of the order) and then you have the option of paying cash at the time of arrival for the remaining balance or putting it on the same credit card you paid your deposit or even a different card. The final payment, if paid on a credit card, will normally be charged a few days prior to the event.
Q.DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
A.Yes. Rabbit Jumps and Party Rental carries a $2 million dollar general liability insurance policy. A copy of our insurance contract is available for review at any time. We can also provide liability insurance upon request. Please call us for more information (415)910-4756. Please Note: we require a minimum of 72-hour notice for these requests.
Q.WHAT ABOUT RAIN?
A.We have 48-hour cancellation policy that would allow you to cancel without any penalties. However, should you decide to move forward and then need to cancel for any reason including weather within that 48-hour window, we can reschedule your rentals for a future date. Any deposits will be good for up to one year for a future/rescheduling booking. Please Note: The inflatables are not designed for heavy rain. Q.WHAT IF I NEED STAFF FOR THE INFLATABLE?
A.We do offer attendants to staff the units; they are $45 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.
Q.HOW CAN I RESERVE A JUMP HOUSE?

Q.IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A.We do require a small deposit of 20% to secure your order. For larger events with guests totaling over 50 or more or orders requiring multiple units, we require a deposit of 50%.
Q.HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO RESERVE?
A.We suggest 2-4 weeks before your scheduled party date for our standard jumpers. We are always happy to try to accommodate last minute bookings. Please note our Character Banners are subject to availability .
Q.DO YOU DELIVER TO MY AREA?

Q.DO YOU SET UP IN PARKS?
A.We are a pre-approved vendor with several parks in MARIN COUNTY. You may call us for additional details. Please note: you may also need to rent a generator to power the unit. We can rent one to you under our equipment category. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with the park for size and inflatable requirements. Generators will last approximately 5-7 hours if your party is longer than that you need to inform us to ensure we can accommodate your needs. (415)910-4756
Q.HOW MUCH ROOM DO I NEED?
A.We have multiple units varying in sizes from 11x11-11x30-20x20. Our 13x13 fits comfortably in most back yard lawns or two car driveways. Some of our bigger units take up much more room. Just click on the unit you're interested in for it's price and size. When taking your measurements, we recommend allowing at least 2ft on every side to make sure there is sufficient space required to set up unit.
Q.HOW MUCH ROOM DO YOU NEED TO BRING THE JUMP HOUSE IN?
A.A standard walk-through gate of about 36" is fine. We bring the unit rolled up and wheel it in on a standard hand truck (dolly). Some of our bigger units may need bigger entrances. Ask your operator if you are concerned. Steps are an additional fee as follows: first 5 are $1.50 and then $3 for each additional stair up to 20 steps, after 20 steps it's $5 for each step. Please Note: if transporting to a location where set up is too steep or unsafe delivery crew reserves right to refuse delivery and delivery can be cancelled as this may present risk of injury to staff. Q.CAN YOU SET UP ON MY DRIVEWAY?
A.Yes. If you have a two car driveway, most likely a jump house will fit. A very slight slope is not a problem, however, the flatter the surface the better. Since we can't pound stakes into your driveway, we bring sandbags to secure down the unit or find other means at your location to secure the unit.
Q.WHAT TYPE OF SURFACE DO YOU NEED TO SET UP ON?
A.We can set up on lawns, dirt, concrete or asphalt. Under no circumstances can we set up where we think the inflatable will be a safety risk to a child or our equipment.
Q.DOES THE BLOWER NEED ELECTRICITY? HOW MUCH DOES IT USE?
A.Yes. We will bring a 50 foot extension cord with us but if you have one available, it is appreciated. Then we need a standard 110v outlet near the set up area to plug into. The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14 cents of electricity per hour. If you don't have electricity available, we have generators available for rent.
Q.WHAT TIME DO YOU DELIVER & PICK UP THE JUMP HOUSE.
A.Rentals are priced per day not by hour. We offer delivery time slots starting at 9AM and latest same day pick up ending at 6PM. When selecting a delivery time please allow for a 2 Hour Delivery Window. For park orders, please allow for a 30 Minute Delivery Window. We do allow next morning pick up at no additional cost, as long as the jump house is an at home rental and the customer understands they are responsible for the cost if stolen or damaged. Should you need to schedule a late pick up, it is subject to an additional fee.
Q.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP AND TAKE DOWN?
A. Set up usually takes approximately 30 minutes depending on the size of the model, and providing there are no obstacles on the surface where the unit will be operating and the same for takedown.
Q.DO YOU DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS?
A.Yes. No extra charges apply… but our drivers do appreciate any tips or snacks :).
Q.CAN I KEEP THE JUMP HOUSE OVERNIGHT?
A.Yes. The jump house must be set up a at home, private property, or area that is fenced and locked up. There is no additional fee for this service. Rabbit Jumps and Party Rentals LLC reserves the right to deny this service if deemed necessary. Rabbit Jumps and Party Rentals LLC also reserves the right to cancel the overnight portion of any event at any time if we have reason to believe that our property is at risk of injury or theft.
Q.MINIMUM ORDERS, DELIVERY CHARGES, AND STAIRS?
A.We do not require a minimum order amount for pick up orders (such as tables, chairs, & concessions). However, all orders subtotaling at $145.00 will meet delivery requirements. All inflatables meet delivery requirements, as pick up in not an option for inflatables.
